Frequently Asked Questions

• You do not need a license.

• Rental prices are incl. 12L fuel.

• Life jackets for children on loan (please indicate in advance in your reservation) (in case of loss / damage €20,-).

• Dogs are allowed on board, for this we ask a small fee (€5,- per dog).

• Original water map of the Biesbosch on loan.

• You can bring your own cushion for on board, these are not available on board.

• We only rent to persons over 18 years old on presentation of a valid ID.

• Cancellation is possible no later than 24 hours before the reserved date. For this, €15, - will be charged.

• We do not use a deposit, but we do have a deductible of €125,-. This will be charged in the event of damage and must be paid immediately by debit card payment.

• Payment with credit card is not possible.

• When booking, you automatically agree to our Terms and Conditions.
